Content types
What is worth knowing about each kind of content: images, video, audio, PDFs, the office formats you have to export first, and apps.
Images
The fastest content to get on a screen. Formats, the size to export at, and why a photo from a phone sometimes appears sideways.
Videos
Video is downloaded and played from the device, so it never buffers. Formats, encoding settings, 4K, and audio.
Audio
MP3 and FLAC, scheduled like anything else. Where the sound comes out, and what to show while it plays.
PDFs
Upload a PDF and choose which pages play. Each enabled page becomes its own playlist item, and can be renamed or rotated.
Presentations and documents
PowerPoint, Slides, Keynote, Word, Docs and Pages cannot be uploaded. Four ways to export them, and which one to pick.
Spreadsheets
